Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general site traffic. It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It records only aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views, referring sites, and country-level location.

This site does not set tracking cookies.

If you email us at hello@eightouncegames.com, we use your message solely to respond to you.

Articles have a comment section. Posting a comment is anonymous by default - no account is required.
- Your comment text is public and may be stored and displayed indefinitely. Please do not include anything you would not want shown publicly.
- Display name is optional and, if provided, is shown publicly next to your comment. Leave it blank to appear as "Anonymous".
- Email is optional. If provided, it is stored privately, is never shown publicly, and is not required to comment. We may use it to contact you about your comment.
- To keep out spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving challenge that does not track you across other websites and is not used for advertising. Your IP address is used momentarily to run that check (see Hosting) and is not stored with your comment.

Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access or delete personal data.
